Get the Not-Quite-Straight-Scarf now!
(You’ll need Adobe Reader to view that. Get it here.)
The Not-Quite-Straight scarf is knit on the bias to create diagonal ribs. It’s a pretty simple pattern, but it’s helpful if you know how to increase without having to yarn-over (the kind of increase that make a hole). You can find a good video tutorial about knitting into the front and the back of the loop here… (scroll down to what it calls a bar increase or K1f&b or kfb).

The 9 to 5 Socks!
(You’ll need Adobe Reader to view that. Get it here.)
These socks remind me of how I feel after working from nine in the morning until five at night, sometimes more than just five days a week. I get all wound up! The sock also has a dressier quality to it, so it can be a work sock too.

Strangling Vine Scarf
This pattern is available for free - but with a catch. I ask that you do a random act of kindness as a trade for the pattern. If you check out the blog post, you can see the full details - and if you check out the comments, you’ll get all warm and fuzzy from the random acts of kindness that knitters have been up to.
You can see the blog post here.

Quick and Dirty Patterns:
These patterns are pretty simple one page, quick-and-dirty, non rocket science stuff. I’m mostly doing these patterns to get practice in pattern writing.
I make no promises about errors (there’ll probably be at least one) - but if you tell me about the error, I’ll be sure to fix it. And be forever indebted to you.

See the blog posts about this scarf here and here.
You can get the link to download adobe acrobat reader above (it’s free).
